Hi Chris:

Welcome to the Docs Project! As John (jjmcd) said, if you just get some plain-
text documentation down, that's a great start. Personally, I find it much 
easier to "just write," then later fuss over details of phrasing and 
formatting--and this is the recommendation found somewhere on the wiki, too!

As for integrating cgroups with systemd, I'm not qualified for an opinion, but 
I would say that you should write the documentation that you would want to 
read. More importantly, we can spend months discussing which way would be the 
best, or you can write something, and we can spend 5 minutes deciding whether 
to make revisions. You were probably looking for more solid advice, so you 
might try contacting whoever is responsible for Systemd in Fedora?

Remember: nothing in Fedora is final for longer than 6 months.
