Hi KÃvin,

I agree that there's been a lack of communication this cycle. The Docs
Team has been very low on numbers, and some key contributors have been
very short on time. Adding to that, we've also had some difficulties
getting our heads around the move to Transifex.net and some issues with
Publican and its dependencies that have disrupted our workflow. These
things happen from time to time, but there has not been enough
communication about these problems, which I apologise for.

I'm afraid I don't know the answer to your questions about the release
notes - I know John McD has been working hard on them, but I also know
he's also been really busy with other stuff, so may not have had time to
get his head round the extra steps required with the move to Tx.net. I
think we've also been having problems building srpms for the release
notes.
