I have updated the Fedora Technical Notes at: http://fedorapeople.org/groups/docs/technical-notes/en-US/ This rather boring document lists the changes between Fedora 14 and 15 and so is a handy reference for beat writers to see what has changed. It also includes links to the upstream websites.
