OK, given that I'm not sure what the necessary bits are, I'm going to
leave the page be, and ask that someone with up2date knowledge fix the
wiki further.  I've added jjmcd and Sparks to the admin list on the
Trac instance so they can either do it or add other people to the
permissions to do it.
