FAS was just upgraded to allow invite-only status for groups. This eliminates the queue of people that apply to a lot of groups that no one ever hears from. docs-writers and docs-publishers were set to invite only, per decision of last week's docs team meeting. They have a note set on the page that normally lets you apply that tells you to email this list if you want to join. The question is, do we want to set the docs group this way too?
