Fedorans: As you know, we had an extraordinary meeting on 14 February at 0200 hours UTC to chat with the author and team who created Publican. Publican, formerly known as documentation-devel, is a completely unencumbered documentation publisher, developed in-house by the Red Hat Documentation group, and recently open sourced for use by the Fedora Project and other FOSS projects.
