I can show you any time in IRC #fedora-docs. Frankly, I think user documentation like that is much better off being maintained in CVS than in the wiki. Once it's converted the first time, making changes there is very easy. But that's up to you guys to work out. If you're happy with porting in changes using a wiki watch list, email, or whatever, it's all good. Tag me some time after working hours (my $DAYJOB doesn't afford me any regular Fedora time during the workday) and I can show you everything you need to know.
