The CVSUsage page makes it sound easy (a self-intro, proof of ability -- writing sample, referenced translation, and Fedora account), then the CVSAccess page puts on more restriction (sponsor). This is confusing even to me! Arrgh!! Obviously its time to pare down the pages and directions a bit.
