This format sucks for Google, because it changes all the time.
You could simulate that with the anchors, but it would look more like
this:

You can simply use anchors and get intuitive links. It does not require
a breakup of the pages. If moinmoin can somehow generate decent anchor
names automatically that would be great. It seems that isnt possible now.
