Yes, this is my fault... unfortunately the last month for me ended up
much busier than I intended, and has left me less time for volunteer
work than I thought.  I will be back on track by the middle of next
month.  If the community can make do with what's there until then, I
will probably be doing some drafting while I'm lounging around on
vacation in a few weeks, with the results up when I get back.  (I may
not have Internet access that week, but frankly, that gives me time to
do my normal "revise myself thrice" silently.) :-)

With the DUG and GSG getting underway, it seems to me that there's
plenty of other work to keep everyone busy until then.  Process is well
documented on the Wiki in the meantime.  I am hell-bent on doing this
work, I just need to get my head above water.
