You mean the "replication manager" that I set up like this :

#> cd /opt/fedora-ds/shared/bin
#> ./ldapmodify -D "cn=Directory Manager" -w YOURPASSWORD
dn: cn=replication manager,cn=config
changetype: add
objectclass: top
objectclass: person
cn: Replication Manager
sn: Manager
userPassword: PASSWORD
