I haven't try to access the repository via CVS yet but I did tried the FTP access and it works!

If you have access to the channels on RHN, you should also be able to
download the SRPM files from there.  They're also on ftp.redhat.com
under /pub/redhat/linux/enterprise/{4,5Server}/en/RHDirServ/
