Sorry, not a word about "ASSIGNED" meaning CONFIRMED here. The word "ASSIGNED"
wasn't even mentioned during the meeting, unless the log is incomplete.

Therefore, I have to conclude that this change was NOT, in fact, approved
by the FESCo.
