Releng has taken some input from various parties and feels that there is sufficient reason to break tradition with the F11 schedule. However, given the significance of such a break this needs to get a full vetting in the public space, and I'll be starting a thread on Fedora Advisory Board shortly to start that discussion. The rel-eng discussion up to date has been exploring what the different scenarios would lead to in a schedule as well as some other adjustments such as as staggered freezes.
