Apart from this resume issue the F10 > beta is looking very impressive indeed. Great progress. Have you logged a bug? I have suspend/resume running fine on my two radeon laptops, so I suspect this is something specific to one or two models. Can you try pm-suspend --quirk-none to see if maybe the BIOS is messing things up.
