Oh, I should not have skipped that section. This orphaning should be probably 
somehow enhanced, that also co-maintainers are removed, who are not 
interested. But it is hard to estimate how much this will be annoying, i.e. 
how many changes there will be for how many packages. But it will also allow 
to easier to track which packages are maintained in the EOL branch, which is 
also useful for people, who want to have a certain package maintained.
