The Fedora Legacy project has these files, see http://fedoralegacy.org/.

The src rpm you are looking for can for example be found here:
http://ftp-stud.fht-esslingen.de/pub/Mirrors/download.fedoralegacy.org/fedora/3/os/SRPMS/kernel-2.6.9-1.667.src.rpm
. You might want to choose another mirror, see
