Hi,

I'm currently trying to install fedora 10 beta on my f8 desktop. The
first bug I encountered was a file conflict between
system-config-firewall and system-config-firewall-tui which both want to
bring in system-config-firewall.mo. Clearly a bug, but who shall I
blame? system-config-firewall system-config-firewall-tui, anaconda or
even the new rpm?

The files in the main and sub-package are identical. RPM should not report a file conflict. The content and even the file flags are the same.

Please verify that the packages you are using are ok and report to
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=465155

Thanks,
Thomas
