My view is different: Due to the fact the number of desktop use-cases likely by way outweighs the number of non-desktop use-cases, has caused the Fedora distribution to get infected with designs missing (rsp. ignoring) the demands of non-desktop uses-cases. Overall this has caused the Fedora distro to regress/derail from what once used to be a "general multipurpose distro" into a "single-user desktop distro".
