I had fedorafaq in mind, because it helped me a lot when I was new to
fedora. But at that point I already knew all the basic things (Software
Installation, Browsing the web, etc.). If you are _really_ new you need
those infos offline.

I think we could need a lot more then that: We could have screenshots of
how to use that software, general How Tos, etc.
But yes, to have a "best" (aka default) application would be a good
point.
