As I already wrote last week, I'd recommend to shift the whole release
schedule by the same amount of time the FC8/FC9 hiatus takes.

At least, as far as I my packages are concerned, the hiatus has had a
major impact, imposing a major slowdown on development, partially
resembling to a "complete still-stand".
