try:
yum update yum
then do it again.
Tried that already, yum is already updated (did that first).
That looks like an update against an incomplete updates repository with
some packages there and some not (eg. PackageKit there but not
PackageKit-libs). Could be this related to the repository
changes that are about to take place.
