bleah, well, it probably shouldn't.   :)  And recent anaconda doesn't
seem to.

FWIW I think it (isys.c) only needs it for this define:

/usr/include/linux/ext2_fs.h:#define EXT3_FEATURE_COMPAT_HAS_JOURNAL		0x0004

which is also available from the "right" place :)
