I am not sure, what you are suggesting. Do you mean I should do the following?

%prep
rm -rf %{name}-%{version}
lzma -c -d %SOURCE0 | tar xvvf -
%setup -q -T -D

Is it maybe ok to just skip %setup and only extract the sources manually?
