I'd like to have an easy way to setup a local repository before the
review request (for example on fedorapeople.org), so that others can
easily follow and multiple maintainers to-be can work on the package
*before* the review request is through and the package checked in.
In that case importing into the package repo (by the admin) could mean
pulling from the preview repo.
It would be nice if the common files could be kind of an external
reference, such that changes to the common files are immediately visible
without committing them to each and every package sub-repo/dir.
