For a typical desktop, probably just NetworkManager.  If you don't want
them to step on each other, add "NM_CONTROLLED=yes" to each ifcfg-* file
you have in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/, or make sure the
"Controlled by NetworkManager" checkbox is checked in
system-config-network (System->Administration->Networking) for each item
listed in the first tab.
