If a user needs to read the help just to get to a file there's
something wrong. People normally don't read in-your-face-alerts,
(as people have discovered around here), let alone obscure help 
files for trivial things.

Blaming it on the user that they didn't read the help is just
counter-productive. If they had to do it in the first place,
we've done something wrong.

Why is that so hard to face?
