There weren't images on the 4th, but there are today and there have been
since about the middle of last week.
I did notice the Virginia Tech mirror hasn't sync'd since around the 24th.
I have been using the fedoraproject mirror since then.
(Note if you check the dates on the kernel.org mirror, they have the time stamps
from when the files were grabbed, not the time stamps on the master. This
can cause problems when checking for updates.)
