Go to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=243255 and 
scroll down the page -- the third line in "Additional 
information" is "Status Whiteboard" where you can (I believe 
anybody with login can, but I am not sure as I have no 
unprivileged BZ account around) write whatever. The text in this 
field can be then searched with BZ queries. There is nothing to 
stop you (if you have rights) to write there something like 
"PatriceBugsNeedingMyAttention".
