Can you open up the ACLs for your packages to cvsextras again? e.g., check the "group members can commit?" box in: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/packages/name/mapserver that way others can fix your packages when necessary. spot had opened up them, but it looks like you (or perhaps the admin) has closed them up again. Also it would be good if you could approve (or otherwise) the outstanding packagedb requests for your packages. There are many "Awaiting Review" requests against your packages.
