Thanks, no matter what other people think.. i think it helps to have a
specific implementation
example to use as a baseline reference.  Is mpd even in the mainline
Fedora repository? Or am I blind?

Is this fixable via some change in default policy that can be done via
packaging payload or via mpd scriptlet? Or does this have to be done
via local admin action?  I will admit that ConsoleKit still confuses
me because it runs counter to muscle memory.
