Right, for starters, this is certainly not a question that's appropriate
for the fedora-devel-list. This list if for questions about development
of fedora, and not about how to get a MS font to work in fedora.
That said, you could find a copy of the arail ttf files and then copy
them to ~/.fonts
Please ask these questions in a more suitable forum next time.
