As for usable details... It seems like it might work if you use
livecd-iso-to-disk to set up your liveUSB as is currently supported.
Then use livecd-iso-to-disk again with more partitions (assuming you had
it partitioned before all of this). Then on the last partition that you
did, you'd want to go into _its_ syslinux.cfg, and merge in entries from
the syslinux.cfg from the other partitions. Naturally if the kernels or
initrds from the different partitions are actually different, you'll
need to copy them to the partition that syslinux actually uses (last one
you ran l-i-t-d on (?)), with unique names, adjusting the .cfg.
That was all off the top of my head speculation. If I'm not forgetting
something, it might work.
