When should we close the bugs generated by FEver (http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/FEver) to indicate availability of new upstream releases? The bugs are filed against the 'devel' branch, so should we close it when it is available in Rawhide or wait for it to be available in the stable branches too? Should we close it as CURRENTRELEASE or NEXTRELEASE?
