glibc32 and glibc64 are used by the buildsystem to allow building, eg,
32bit things on x86_64 and ppc64 things on ppc such as gcc.  Originally
done because the previous build-system only supported installing
"native" arch packages, there's been a little talk of trying to get to
where we install just the multilib glibc with mock/koji and letting that
dtrt for the future
