No, it's fc8.  f8 would sort less than fc7, causing badness.

Well, the old packages are just fine; there's no reason for the tag to
change if the package isn't rebuilt.  The new one is troubling.  Maybe
someone tried to build with an outdated common directory, or perhaps
there some other issue with the buildsys.

What's wrong with that?

What's wrong with that?
