Hi, the latest dev kernel (2.6.21-1.3218.fc8.x86_64) also gets panic if i load the kvm-amd modul. It was notified as a general panic under https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=242765 till we elaborate that the kvm-adm causes it.
