Neither is livecd-tool's or pungi's, afaik. It doesn't mean we are blind to whatever else is out there, though. A web-interface driven model would certainly be the best solution to enable non-RPM/YUM driven distros to also do respins, I think we all agree on that. Basically a web-interface driven model of doing respins is going to allow the user to do his own respins rather then download any of the other respins anyone else has done. For starters, we could also host some of the respins that are still made of genuine Fedora packages. A web-interface driven model at this point is... going to take a while.
