Well I do a lot of ssh connections here and find that Fedora works well.
Now actually using Orca and Speakup I haven't done much with that just
because I like the ssh method much better.  I ssh through a Windows box
using Jaws for Windows which is my screen reader of choice for Windows.

Assuming that "I am totally blind" keeps it's standard meaning, and
isn't a turn of phrase, I am curious as to how accessible you're
finding Fedora.
