Its part of the pungi configs in versions later than the one for FC6. And no, you can't simply build the newer pungi for FC6 either, its got some deps that would need to be brought back as well. Been there, done that, actually, and wouldn't recommend it as something to suggest to end-users wanting to generate CDs from the DVD.
