Because communication about ppc64 was very much unprecise.

fedora-maintainers has had a few vague threads, but after the latest one
in May, it took an unknown time for rawhide to become available.

Adding to that, the rawhide report's own broken deps checker was disabled
without notice.

Not until somebody asked me whether it could be done as a work-around.
