1 ... This is surely a Firefox bug, not a Fedora bug.
2 ... This is the Windows-centric method of installing Flash. Use RPM
      instead.
3 ... Installing Flash using this method will only install it into that
      user's profile. Using RPM will install it globally, making it
      available to all users on the system.
