Some more notes about this draft: it puts feature freeze in bold letters
at August 20, which is only a few days after gnome 2.20 beta1, and is
the exact same date as the Google SoC deadline. Since we are hoping to
integrate SoC results for some features (Bluetooth support comes to
mind), I hope that there will be enough flexibility to make this
possible.
