It's perhaps because of

| $ rpm -q --qf '%{NAME} \t%{SIZE}\n' tcpdump wireshark
| tcpdump         948021
| wireshark       31040958
|
| $ rpm -qR wireshark | wc -l
| 41
| $ rpm -qR tcpdump | wc -l
| 15
