The way Than has not participated makes him more a co-maintainer than 
maintainer.  in all honesty he is lucky to have any access to the kde 
packages at all right now.  We had to drag him kicking and screaming to work 
with the community.  Right now i'm willing to have him removed from all 
Fedora KDE access.
