When did the new quirkiness control go live in Fedora development?

About 6 months ago if my memory serves me correctly. It's been evolving
as upstream has evolved since FC6 was split.

I'm assuming its in use as of today in the development tree, but I'd
like to know at what point it was added so I can do a pre/post test of
this feature for my own enjoyment :-> (like for example... did test2
have it?)

Try FC6. Thanks,

Actually, the "quirks" code hit the tree March 13, in pm-utils-0.99.2-1 and hal-0.5.9-0.git20070304 , which was between test2 and test3. But alas, there was a bug that didn't get fixed until hal-0.5.9-6 (April 25) that caused it not to work for some people.
