The code was in previous test versions, but broken. We didn't actually
start using the quirks properly until hal-0.5.9-6, which is a post-F7t4
update. So if you noticed suspend/resume suddenly working (or not
working, as the case may be) after updating your F7Test4 system, that's
why.
