IMO having several repositories enabled which ship the same packages [0] is 
already bad enough to make the repotag discussion pretty much moot.

[0] Same as in same software being packaged in packages that aren't *strictly 
equal*, no matter what the versions are, let alone release, repotag and 
friends.
