Ah. Forgot to add. F7 update system should fix the major problems proactively by adding checks to ensure that dependencies are resolving and there is a proper update path for every package being pushed out but repositories doesnt seem to be in a bad state with regards to upgrades as per the EVR check reports in fedora-maintainers list.
