This reminds me of an issue we had previously where e.g. - you have a 64 bit bonobo-activation-server running - 32 bit app requests activation of an shlib component (e.g. the OAFIID moniker) - b-a-s returns the path to a 64 bit library which the 32 bit app fails to load I don't think that's actually the problem, though ... > I'm running kde if that matters. That's probably the problem ... we've just updated to gnome-session 2.17.2 which includes this: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=345428 Basically, gnome-session starts at-registryd now ...
